This has been an issue since I first began using GT-Chat. Some users experience lag of up to a minute or more. Some don't. All at the same time.

I've experienced it maybe twice or three times, but some users who lag, always lag.

I wish I could be more specific. I'll try to track more info.

It spans across Firefox, IE and Opera in many nations.

this is a known problem with gtchat. Nobody has found the problem since a few years.
