Ever since I started tooling around with GT-Chat .95, I noticed that I have to duplicate EVERY image file if I want to use it in the chat, the only exception so far has been user-uploaded profile images.

Example: www/chat/images/ is my images folder, but I also have an exact duplicate in cgi-bin/images/

If I don't place each image in BOTH folders, they are unviewable in the chat, even after refreshing the image list.

Is this normal?

My setup:

imagesdir => 'images',

imagesurl => 'mychat's full url/chat/images/'

Any ideas?

try ../chat/images for imagesurl

This could work.

I changed the "imagesdir" to ./../chat/images and it works perfectly.
